Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to edit my PDF with Inopax?
Yes. The PDF is opened and edited entirely inside your browser. It is never uploaded to a server, so nobody else can see it.
Can I change the text that is already in my PDF?
The editor adds new content on top of your pages. To replace existing text, cover it with the white-out tool and type the new text over it — the result looks like the original was changed.
Can I type in Arabic or mix Arabic and English?
Yes. Text is shaped by your browser, so Arabic, English and mixed lines display correctly. Arabic text is embedded as a sharp print-resolution image; Latin text also gets an invisible layer so it stays searchable.
Will the quality of my PDF change?
No. Your original pages are kept exactly as they are — existing text stays selectable and images are untouched. Shapes and drawings are added as vectors.
Are there limits on file size or pages?
You can edit PDFs up to 250 MB with any number of pages, free and without a daily limit. Password-protected files must be unlocked first with the Unlock PDF tool.
