Frequently asked questions
Does rotating reduce image quality?
PNG images are rotated losslessly: pixels are moved exactly, never resampled. JPG and WebP are saved again at 95% quality by default, which looks identical to the original.
Can I rotate several photos differently in one go?
Yes. Each image has its own rotate and flip buttons, and the side panel rotates every image at once. Images you leave untouched are returned unchanged.
Why does my photo appear sideways in some apps?
Cameras often store a rotation flag instead of turning the pixels. When you rotate a photo here, that flag is applied and the result is saved upright, so it looks right in every app.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Rotation runs in your browser, so your photos stay on your device. Up to 50 images per batch, free and without a daily limit.
