How should I write my number?
Use the full international format with the country code and without the leading 0 or “+”, for example 966501234567. Spaces and dashes are removed for you.
Does the customer need to save my number first?
No. The chat opens directly, without adding you to their contacts.
Is it free and does it expire?
It is completely free, and the QR code never expires because the link is stored inside the code itself.
