By using Inopax Tools (the “Service”), provided by Inopax, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Inopax Tools provides online tools to work with PDFs, images, QR codes, email signatures and documents, some of them powered by artificial intelligence. Core tools are free; some features may require a paid plan in the future.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the files and content you process. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use, convert, edit or sign them, and that doing so is lawful. Do not use the Service to process content that infringes others’ rights or is illegal.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service or its API.
- Do not bypass usage limits, ads or access controls through automated means.
- Do not use the Service to create fraudulent documents, forged signatures or misleading QR codes.
4. AI features
AI-generated summaries, translations and answers can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review important results before relying on them. AI output is not legal, medical or financial advice.
5. Electronic signatures
The signature tools place an image of your signature on a document. They do not create certificate-based digital signatures. Whether such a signature is legally binding depends on your jurisdiction and the document.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Always keep a copy of your original files.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inopax is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
